Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years Software Developer experience • Technology understanding/background • Contribute to estimates and actively participate in the agile planning activities • Support the Product Owner and Project Manager in maintaining back logs • Research, Analyse and Evaluate the system programming needs • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes that deliver true business value that meet customer requirements. • Encourage and participate in pair-programming and test-driven development • Escalate project issues appropriately and communicate project changes proactively to the Project Manager • Applying logic and problem-solving skills to overcome technical issues • Foster collaboration and communication amongst team members • Play a key role in the Quality Assurance and Testing with the established protocols • Coding to meet the accredited quality standards of design and technical specification in line with customer and/or internal requirements • Ensuring technical documentation is maintained, updated with all relevant operations procedures • Stay abreast with technical development and trends • Participate in process improvement initiatives and strategies across software related activities. • Proactively evaluating and analysing new programming languages, frameworks or other areas to improve the software development process. • Perform other related duties as required and assigned Dependent on experience, this role would attract a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $110,000
