Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive information technology and cyber security program and framework Develop and implement IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures which balance risk reduction and operational flexibility Oversee the implementation of technical solutions and controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration testing Manage incident response and disaster recovery planning Manage security-related vendor relationships and contracts Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote a culture of security awareness and risk management Provide regular information and training for staff members on avoiding security risks and identifying and handling of security threats Stay current with evolving security threats and technology trends Lead investigations into security incidents and violations Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field 7+ years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, with a focus on leadership and management Strong understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices Experience with risk assessment and mitigation
