Job Description: Responsible for greeting visiting customers and providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries and solving customer problems Receive online customers, including but not limited to live chat, email and social media channels, and assist all departments of the company to provide pre-sales and post-sales services according to customer needs Maintain customer relationships, regularly follow up with customers and get feedback to improve customer satisfaction Complete daily office paperwork Position requirements: Have a strong sense of responsibility and work long-term stability Strong communication skills and service awareness, able to use common customer service communication skills to provide fast and effective service to customers Good communication skills, good English listening and speaking skills Good teamwork skills Experience in customer service work is preferred
