About the role: Your role requires you to comprehend business problems and provide solutions by laying out technical strategies. You will be responsible for the following duties but are not limited to: Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment • Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behaviour • Perform requirement analysis • Review the existing systems and pathways • Update, implement and maintain procedures • Provide leadership and training • Communicate and plan your insights with the functional team • Design and execute A/B Testing • Create strategic time to meet the client’s process development targets • Handle budget planning and utilization of a project • Develop appropriate documentation • Identify risks The applicant must have: • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Application or related technical discipline • At least two years of experience in a similar role • Troubleshooting skills • IT and Microsoft Office skills • Analytical, Problem-solving skills • Business and data analysis • Ability to collaborate with team
