About the role Ensure standardised methods and procedures are used for efficient handling of all changes. Restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimise the adverse effect on business operations after an incident. Resolve the root causes of incidents and minimise the adverse impact of incidents, and to prevent recurrence. Ensure the availability and performance of a service are maintained at a sufficient level About you Advanced knowledge and experience in ITIL processes specifically Incidents, Problems and Change. Experienced in managing major incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis. Proven track record of continual service improvement, achieving service agreements and with a risk mindset (including policy, standards and processes) ITIL V3 Foundations Certification is essential and ITIL V4 is highly desirable Previous Service Delivery Management experience Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident currently.
