Providing customer support through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, in person meetings and service to walk in clients. 3. Assisting with preparing quotations, proofs, proposals, and production orders. 4. Updating job status to customers. 5. Acting as the key liaison between customers and internal teams. 6. Problem-solving for customers in a way that ensures the relationship remains positive.
