Responsibilities:
• Carry out a variety of functions related to civil construction and maintenance projects and/or programmes within organisation in the provision of Engineering Services.
• Perform moderately complex functions related to civil construction and maintenance projects and/or programmes, including, but not limited to, specification preparation, project management assistance, and documentation preparation.
• Gathering, analysing, and presenting data pertaining to civil construction and maintenance projects and/or programmes.
• Applying knowledge of relevant departmental programmes, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of computer applications, as well as excellent numeracy, written and oral communication skills, ensuring that all documentation is completed correctly and within the timeframes specified.
• Providing excellent customer service by providing accurate and timely advice in a helpful and supportive manner, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adherence to approved quality and environmental procedures and policies for your work area.
• Perform other duties as needed that are reasonably within the employee's skill, competence, and training.
Requirements：
• Possession of Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) from a recognised University (or equivalent).
• Possession of a current 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
• Possession of a WH&S Competency Card for CPCCWHS1001 - • • •Prepare to work safely in the construction industry, or a willingness to obtain this card before commencement.
•Demonstrated experience providing engineering and technical advice in a civil construction environment is desirable.
•Demonstrated ability to undertake projects which impact on civil construction and maintenance programs as well as providing reports on the progress of project activities, including recommendations.
•Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment by developing effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and providing advice in areas of expertise
