Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities: • Manage multiple projects, briefs, scopes and timelines concurrently from inception to completion • Work closely and collaborate with the interiors team • Develop detailed design concept work where the clients needs are realised • Prepare accurate and thorough documentation • Manage and maintain exceptional client relationships • Be involved in all aspects of the design, from exterior and interior fit-out with thorough knowledge of form, materiality and FF&E Requirements： • Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Building Design • Appropriate Registration or Licencing • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the Australian industry, including high-end residential projects • Design abilities showcased in a well curated folio • High Revit proficiency • Experience in running projects across all phases with exposure in both architecture and interiors • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Committed to excellence in all aspects of your work
