About the role
Lead a team of System Administrators through defined Objectives and Key Performance Indicators.
Develop technical training content for the Technical Operations organization and facilitate Subject Matter Expert training of the processes and/or products you support ensuring the rest of the team builds corresponding acumen.
Influencing strategic technical initiatives to deliver performant and available SaaS applications through optimized logging, resilient applications and architecture, and automation.
Manage escalation to completion and continuously communicate with all stakeholders.
About you
Experience administering Linux based systems (a must) and Windows Server (highly preferred).
Worked with containerized and virtualized environments such as Kubernetes, KVM, or VMWare.
Have an understanding of tools/applications like Helm, Gitlab, Software Repository, and Jenkins.
Understanding of cloud-first and self-hosted application architectures, and have worked with cloud providers such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident currently.
