As a successful Senior Applications Analyst candidate, you will have strong solution based business analysis skills with project delivery experience to support the project in delivering the Bacchus Marsh and Melton (BMM) Transition project on time and ensuring it is fit for purpose. At a high level you will ensure that the BMM iPM is safely transitioned to the WH iPM and all other BMM applications have transitioned to their equivalent WH application – exceptions may apply.
You will proactively work with key clinical areas and stakeholders within Bacchus Marsh and Melton to identify clinical application design requirements, implement sustainable processes, optimise existing workflows and match new workflows with Western Health to support the successful implementation, adoption and use of the clinical applications as part of the BMM Transition Project incorporate Bacchus Marsh and Melton into the Western Health instance including but not limited to the WH iPM, BOSSnet and Electronic Medical Record (EMR). It is a must to be a self-starter, a problem solver and have excellent communication and change management skills to support your broader team in delivering projects, and any other business as directed by the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager.
Your responsibilities also include; performing gap analysis on the current and future workflows aligning with the Digital Health organisational roadmap, support and update project documentation, prepare and execute test scripts, participate in change management and training activities, and support organisational readiness of staff prior to and throughout the project go-live.
