Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Responsibilities • Day to day organisation of the project site and site safety • Control of all assets onsite including plant and vehicles • Ensure the project is delivered and constructed on time, to specification and quality expected from our company • Embrace and continue to encourage the group’s workplace culture, mission and values • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse backgrounds and at all levels • Capacity to develop teams and empower employees to achieve their best Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience at a Supervisor level A strong understanding and compliance of safety regulations • Ability to supervise and oversee employees, subcontractors and labourers • Exposure and understanding of civil earthworks, roadworks, drainage and underground services • Hold proven verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders • Focus and commitment to zero-harm environment • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving capability and conflict resolution skills • Adaptability, decisiveness and able to work well under pressure • Be well presented and physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical - including Drug and Alcohol Screen
