English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Responsibilities • Assist the Architectural and Specification Representative and the project Sales team when meeting with potential clients & introducing our company in order to create a positive initial interest; • Assist the Architectural and Specification Representative when visiting construction sites and establish contact with the developer, project manager or site foreman, especially sites with builders and developers who conventionally use imported sandstone • May be required to take photographs of recently completed sandstone projects supplied. • Deliver samples to architects and potential customers • Enter and update architects details into our sales System; • Enter details of visit to architects and other potential clients into our sales system; • Manage and keep up to date with customer follow-ups • Attend regular sales meetings with the sales team upon request • Monitor competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, products etc • Be able to work under pressure and still deliver excellent customer service • Open communication with sales manager and attends sale team meeting upon request. Requirements • Have a strong desire to gain product and industry knowledge • A background in the construction industry or commercial sales will be highly regarded • Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate excellent organisational skills; • Outstanding communication skills and be confident liaising with both colleagues, clients and Senior Management; • Honesty and reliability are a must as our image is our success; • Must be an Australian Permanent resident/citizen
