Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities: Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting using ArchiCAD or Revit for subdivision & residential projects ArchiCAD or Revit documentation at all stages Assist in preparing 3D CAD models Update design/drafting as per latest information and requirements Work closely with other staff to clarify drafting and/or documentation issues throughout the design, documentation and construction phase Liaise with clients, consultants and councils Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Draftsperson with a residential builder Office experience in delivering architectural documentation using either ArchiCAD 20 or Revit 2022 (or newer). Working knowledge of the NCC, BASIX and Australian Standards and regulations. (NCC, BCA, CDC, and Local Authority DCPs) An industry related qualification, CERT IV, Diploma or higher Excellent communication skills Capability to produce accurate documentation Ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously
