Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Service Tasks (SAP): Schedule work with clients and the Service Technicians Time sheet maintenance and cost allocations Confirmation with customer regarding service reports, job costing, quotes etc. before invoicing. Arrange airfares and FIFO amenities as required Liaise with clients extensively Schedule site access and accommodation requests using available tools Arrange for purchase orders from Suppliers and Customers WIP maintenance, job costing, End of month invoicing Arrange for quotes and order parts. General Administration: Travel management and expenses Schedule vehicle maintenance and inspections for mine site compliance Liaise with Accounts receivable, payable and procurement as required Arrange purchase orders and inspections to comply with HSE requirements Maintain MSD files Maintain site inductions, drug & alcohol & medical schedules General administration and support tasks
