Key responsibilities include:
Business Applications:
Collect, define and analyse business requirements liaising with the business stakeholders and the corporate guidelines/Masterplan
Ensure business applications development and operations procedures tracking and managing the resolution of issues ensuring the consistency of the overall process
Engagement of third-party vendors and corporate technical units to ensure that both internal and external SLA are met
Drive the execution of the activities assigned making sure the different teams have a clear picture of the activities and priorities
Tracking and Reporting:
Responsible for monitoring, tracking ensuring the timelines are met
Reporting activities and data management
Internal and external stakeholder management to ensure the timelines are met and eventual delays are promptly reported
Review the activities in the pipeline for both business operations and projects to report on delays and/or bottlenecks
Project Delivery:
Responsible of tracking projects activities against the timelines set
Engage internal stakeholders to collect the high-level requirements and manage the requirements backlog to ensure the correct priority is assigned to each activity
Coordinate internal resources to ensure testing, user acceptance, FS review and sign off are done in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with methodologies, ITIL change management processes
Ensure Data quality and integrity
Ensure Reporting framework implementation and optimization
About You
Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or Business/Engineering
Experience in the Agile scrum methodology of product development, deployment, and support.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suit.
Experienced in Software Development process
Prior experience of working with CRM Systems in medium to large organisations
Experience of working within an agile organization
Experience with REST and/or GraphQL
Understanding of containerisation and cloud hosting strategies
