Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Requirements： Must have at least five (5) years experience in the field of Structural Engineering and be eligible for membership to the Institution of Engineers Australia. Chartered Membership of IEAust would be an advantage, as would Building Practitioner registration in Victoria Candidates should be familiar with relevant Australian Design Standards and analysis packages Spacegass and RAPT. Any experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D and Revit would be an advantage. Will report to senior engineer and be responsible for supervision of drafting, meeting clients, inspections and report writing. Work ranges from small to high end residential, industrial and commercial projects using a wide variety of materials such as timber, steel, concrete, rammed earth and strawbale. Opportunities are provided for continuing education, along with diversity into civil design and geotechnical investigations and reporting.
