Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Requirements： Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role, knowledge of Indian Cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management would also be highly regarded Proficient in the use of a Tandoor oven High attention to detail, an initiative to get the job done, and desire to learn more and grow with a business Prepare and serve items on our menu to a high standard Ability to plan menus for different cultural/dietary/allergen requirements Ability to manage a small team of cooks and work as part of a team to create a safe and friendly work environment Must be able to work on a rotating roster as well as work on weekends and on public holidays Ensure that food/ perishable items are stored in a safe and hygienic manner. In accordance with the food safety standards. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships in a team-based environment.
