Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities： Scheduling preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project Auditing and traffic management performance Managing performance of subcontractors Reviewing all works are carried out as per project quality assurance requirements Ensuring accuracy of financial forecasts in relation to project schedules Reviewing NRW systems and practices to improve efficiency in administration Ensuring projects are completed according to approved plans Preparing, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering tasks Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Liaising daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements Providing assistance to Project Engineers and site team with technical issues to gain approval for design changes Requirement： Tertiary degree in Engineering or a similar relevant degree Previous working experience as a Site Engineer working within the Civil industry Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel MS Project/Primavera P6 software experience or equivalent Current Australian driver's licence
