Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Responsibilities： Assist in the project management of construction teams in the delivery of civil projects ensuring cost effective, safe, quality, legislative and environmental compliance. QA/QC checks and documentation Cost Tracking and Accruals Review and approve daily invoices, Review and explain construction drawings and specifications to workforce. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the efficient allocation of plant and labour resources for projects. Undertake audits throughout the projects looking at safety, quality and environment. Plan and Coordinate on site construction activities. Work with Supervisors to ensure safety, environmental and quality compliance. Ensure OH&S procedures are followed at all times. Assist in developing quotation/tender documentation, evaluate submissions and manage the delivery of accepted contracts and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors to maximise service delivery.
