About the role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis based in Stapylton, Queensland.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Information Systems, your key responsibilities will include:
Support and assist ERP systems including strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Resolve support requests and ensure cases are moved through the support process in a timely manner to bring to quicker resolution Conduct remote, classroom, and one-on-one ERP end-user trainings as needed Proactively work to improve existing support procedures, processes, and tools, as well as creating any required new documentation Identify, analyze, and manage ERP business and technical documents requirements and propose modifications to improve quality and efficiency of the system software. Validate and document business user requirements, and feedback to build recommendations and clear system software specifications
To be successful you will have the following;
The successful candidate will possess at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role as well as a relevant ICT qualification. Solid understanding of cloud technologies and multiple technologies capabilities - Oracle Fusion Cloud is required. Ability to communicate technical concerns and solutions to different stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge. Ability to identify end-user technical needs and implement solutions in timely manner
