Job Responsibility:
• Allocated portfolio of customer base.
• Identify and develop growth strategy with customer base.
• Cross sell all products and services to maximise revenue and increase share of wallet.
• KPIs including monthly meetings with key stakeholders, new opportunities, new revenue.
• Internal and external meetings with key stakeholders.
• Establish strong relationships in accounts with decision makers and key stakeholders.
• Customer meetings, feedback and market intelligence.
• Solid understanding of products, services and provision of customer solutions.
• Maintain portfolio budget of 100% and above.
• Monthly and quarterly account reviews and presentations for accounts.
• Presentations to include trends, revenue, announcements, forecasts and next steps.
• Customer warehouse tours and product demonstrations.
• Resolution for any customer disputes, faults and returns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Skills, knowledge, and experience Required.
• Previous 2-3 years market-related working experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of phone industry or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with a variety of people.
• Strong relationship establishing and negotiation Skills.
• Self-motivation is essential.
• Own Vehicle with A current full Australia driver’s license is required.
• Eligible to work in Australia in full-time basis.
