Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities: In depth review of engineering specifications and designs in accordance with architectural drawing to prepare project budget and schedule management. Quality analysis for the materials and appropriate resource allocation such as material ordering, organizing the deliveries in timely manner and allocating the required manpower for smooth construction process. Ability to coordinate all aspects of a projects to achieve project success including time, cost, quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Collection and analyzing of data and carrying out computations. Estimating material costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations, and contract provisions. Actively manage site occupational health and safety standards and risks including construction works. Discuss requirements with the clients, supervisors, for the on-going projects. Inspection of project sites to monitor progress and ensure that the designs are according to the specifications. Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labour. Evaluating structural drawings, Architectural plans, and procedures to apply appropriate construction standards and building codes. Organizing regular staff meeting with the project staff regarding the work progress and communicate project timelines effectively.
