Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and diagnose tech issues for customers Assist customers with the sale/supply of new devices and accessories Assemble new computers and perform upgrades and repairs on existing ones Prevent and remove viruses and spyware Install and support software, including phone and tablet repairs and on-site service
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner. You should also be able to simplify technical jargon into plain English and multitask effectively. We will provide ongoing development and training to help you learn how to diagnose and fix tech issues as well as how to repair hardware faults.
Working primarily from our McLaren Vale offices, you may occasionally need to travel to a customer's premises for on-site service. This is a full-time position with mainly Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm hours, with occasional weekend work required.
