Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 8-10 years

Responsibilities · Sound knowledge on steel Structural Design, concrete and storm water design. · Able to work with the design team to visualize structural solutions and make high-quality renderings. · Expertise in 3D laser scanning with sound knowledge of surveying · Competence in Kinematic drawings to detail the sequence of work. · Competency in delivering the client expectation from Survey to design, detailing and commission level. · Convert BIM models into detailed 2D drawings at the fabrication level. · Contribute to building the BIM environment to the design team and develop and maintain CAD standards. · Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. · Sound knowledge steel fabrication / detailing using CNC and high competence of 3D NC file creation. Requirements： · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering · Postgraduate related to structural engineering, design highly desirable. · Proficient in BIM modelling in 360 Cyclone, Revit and Tekla Structures and detailing. · Relevant academic qualifications and CPEng or working towards CPEng. · Minimum 8 years’ experience in the industry and design /detailing large scale warehouse/ storage facilities.
