Full time Responsibilities: • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting. • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. • Conduct property inspections and provide accurate appraisals to clients. • Negotiate and close property sales transactions in a professional manner. Requirements: • Have a current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Certificate • Fluent in both spoken Chinese(Mandarin) and English. • 2-3 years of real estate sales experience • Possess a valid driver's license and presentable vehicle; • Proven sales experience in the real estate industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Current real estate license or willingness to obtain one. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
