Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities： In alignment with the strategy, develop seasonal menus that are cost efficient to prepare and deliver. Establish relationships with local suppliers and maintain an acceptable approach to ordering food that ensures freshness of food ingredients whilst minimising wastage. Prepare and deliver exceptional food at a price point that is acceptable to both motel guests and local diners. Apply excellent communication and organisational skills to work harmoniously with staff, property management and business owners. Comply with regulations and safety standards. Supervise and train cooks, kitchen hands Ensure the restaurant remains profitable. Uphold and build the elite reputation of the restaurant Requirements： 7 years of work experience in this role or a formal qualification equivalent to AQF Degree, Adv Diploma or Diploma in Cookery and atleast four years full time relevant experience.
