Your new role As a member of our Engineering team, a Voice Support Engineer will work in a hybrid capacity across all Voice related support requests and voice project work. This involves providing remote and occasionally on-site support to help our clients users with a diverse range of voice or networking issues across varying technologies. What you'll need to succeed 3+ Years previous experience in a VoIP Support/Engineer role (essential) Previous MSP or Service Desk related experience (essential) IT Qualification (Computer Science, Computing or Engineering) or Industry certifications from 3CX, Access 4, Microsoft Teams Calling (essential) A Valid driver's license (essential) Windows or Apple Client and/or Server Qualifications (highly desirable) Practical experience on the core Office 365 platform (Sharepoint, Teams, Admin Portal and Directory Sync) (essential) What you'll get in return The organisation offers a flexible working arrangement with the option to work from home or on site.
