We are a Tiling installation company, Currently looking for administration & office support to help carry out daily office tasks such as 1.To provide administration support to the installing Team 2. Dealing with builder's supervisor and installing team requests and issues 3. Managing and responding to email queries and orders 4. update working progress to two parties 5. answering phone calls, messages and emails 6. Data entry and record Skills and Experience: 1. Previous experience or knowledge of similar role or construction industry will be an advantage. 2. Min 1 years office experience 3. Ability to multi-task, managing time and adapting under pressure 4. Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously 5. Great communication skills; both written and verbal 6. Fluent in English and Mandarin 7. Australian resident or citizenship prefer
