Job Description Now hiring: a Bookkeeper and administrative staff. Male or female available. Location, Epping or West Ryde Working hours, Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm Saturday 8.30am - 2.30pm Requirements: 1. Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers in English. 2. 2. Familiar with office work software including MS Word and Excel. Familiar with Xero software is preferred. 3. 3. Be kind and honest. Work conscientiously and be responsible. Must have a sense of responsibility. 4. Driver license required, but not essential. The address is within walking distance to the train station. Job Description: 1. Answer phone calls, receive customers, and organize customer materials. 2. 2. Responsible for filing company documents and organizing invoices. 3. Daily bank reconciliation, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable 4. Invoicing
