Part time Education consultant /Reception
Location: City/Burwood/Chatswood
Responsibilities
Student recruitment and course consultation, including: providing detailed information about the courses and teaching methodology to the customers, arranging entrance exams/trial lessons, providing exam feedback/study plan /study assessment, students follow up, suggesting suitable course to the students/parents
Courses management: including scheduling and coordinating class for students and tutors, tutoring fee collection, etc.
Liaison with the students, parents and tutors
Administration and reception duties including: daily office maintenance, stock management, filing, taking incoming phone calls, greeting clients, etc.
Data follow-up and marketing supporting tasks, developing customer’s need
Supporting branch manager and other departments in accordance with the company policies and procedures
The successful candidate must
• have excellent English & Chinese literacy and communication skills,
• advanced MS Office knowledge,
• be hard working, highly organised, self-motivated and display good interpersonal skills
• be able to work at least 3 days per week, one day must be on Saturday or Sunday.
