Responsibilities： Design and engineering of structural steel projects. Preparing accurate and timely cost estimates, including material, labour, and equipment costs. Reviewing project specifications and drawings to determine materials, labour, and equipment requirements. Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and ensure that project specifications are met. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options to minimize project costs while maintaining quality standards. Providing regular project updates and reports to management. Project Coordination alongside the Project Manager on a day-to-day basis. Requirements： Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering and/or cost estimating in the construction industry. Sound knowledge of structural steel fabrication and installation techniques, as well as relevant building codes and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and cost-estimating software and tools would be highly regarded. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and clients. Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
