Retail Brand Order Clerk Job Description.
1, handle daily orders from stores as well as suppliers, including sample arrangement, delivery date, and follow up orders etc.
2, communicate and coordinate with each store order.
3, arrange delivery time and route for each store.
4, Coordinate with different departments to optimize the process and improve the efficiency of warehouse operation.
Job Requirements:
-2-4 years of relevant experience and ability to establish a collaborative work environment.
-Proficient in Outlook, Excel and related management systems.
-Fluent in English and able to meet the communication needs of the job.
-Good at problem identification and problem solving, excellent communication and coordination skills, and strong execution skills.
-Ability to follow up on multiple tasks at the same time to ensure daily goals are met.
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
