Qualifications & experience • Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in IT. • Microsoft certifications. • Solid networking experience, especially with home users accessing the office network. • Familiarity with AD and GPE. • Exposure to IBM / HCL Notes would be advantageous. • Professional attitude and clear communicator. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Show lots of initiative. • Experience with rolling out O365, or supporting O365. Tasks & responsibilities • Troubleshooting desktop support calls for both Mac and (mostly) Windows machines. • Monitoring of the environment and desktops. • Resolve networking, printing, and licensing issues. • Be proactive and check the environment for issues. • Manage desktop encryption and threat detection. • Manage SIP phone environment. • Ability to set goals, prioritise, and manage time. • Be a good team player. • Must be able to track time, prioritise what you are working on and communicate back to the business on progress or issues encountered.
