Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Duties: • Ability to produce high quality written documentation for technical, accounts and development staff including use cases; functional requirement special locations; and data low diagrams. • Using company’s systems to analyse and prepare reports for ongoing client accounts as wells as monitor database management & entry. • Proactively manage, prioritise, and document business requirements and client requirements traceability. • Plan and document the business analysis approach, client accounts analysis activities, business analysis communication and requirements management processes. • Task management in ensuring all tasks are managed according to service levels and are kept up to date with the required level of communication and commentary. • Define new and review and improve current process to optimize performance and improve service quality and outcomes for Daehn’s clients. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and translate business requirements to technology solutions. • Identify opportunities for automation or process improvement. • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to company’s technology solutions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements and configuration. Essential: * A Bachelor’s Degree in IT * Problem Solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Time Management
