Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on internal and external data to identify trends and patterns, and develop new business data sets as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business models and scenarios, using both quantitative and qualitative understanding of the business to provide insights on the viability and impact of each scenario. Use statistical methods and tools to create models that forecast trends and provide insights to guide business decisions. Create and maintain dashboards that visualize key business metrics and trends, providing stakeholders with real-time insights and data-driven recommendations. Deliver clear and compelling presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Automate processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, such as data collection and reporting. Maintain and update data sets and models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sources.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with evidence of using data-driven insights to support business decisions. Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical methods and tools. Experience creating and maintaining dashboards. Experience with using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Azure, Python, RPA, SQL, etc. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience delivering presentations and communicating complex data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
