The company is a wholesaler located in Dandenong South. Now a position has become available for an admin Assistant to join our team.
The position involves managing and running the day to day office/warehouse requirements for the company, along with assisting the company director.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General administration duties, Take phone order and enter to system, Managing stock, Accounts receivable, Financial Reporting.
The successful candidate must have the followings: Knowledge of using computer, office equipment and popular office software, efficient data entry, Outstanding organisational skills, Have an efficient and positive attitude, Good language and communication skills is a must!
