Duties Include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and adopt to the systems. Daily review of AD /ASB’s, OEM, CASA information and facilitate the application of changes to affected aircraft, components, equipment’s for fleet. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Perform maintenance data assessments and scheduling of tasks in company ERP system. Perform cost-benefit analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of proposed ERP system solutions. Tracking, recording, maintaining aircraft specific AD’s /ASB’s Compliance statements Tech Services support for fleet undergoing heavy maintenance at third party MRO Entry to service checks / preparation of for new inductions including data update on company ERP System Assist with review and improvement of Rotary Part91 Maintenance Systems ERP administrator for Tech Services and Engineering. Preparation of distribution of fleet reliability reports Work closely with the system providers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and timely delivery of solutions. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the delivered solutions meet the defined requirements. Provide guidance and support during system implementation and post-implementation phases. Monitor and evaluate system performance, identify issues, and propose enhancements or modifications as needed. Perform maintenance data assessments and scheduling of tasks in company ERP system. Manage Internal and External required compliance. Optimise Maintenance Planning within systems. To be considered for this role you will have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field Proven experience as an Technical or Business Analyst or similar role Experience in Aviation industries required. Ability to logically assess Technical Documents. Thorough knowledge in any Aviation Systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems and processes. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
