Key Responsibilities
Insightful analysis of the financial performance of two Distribution centers across Victoria (Melbourne South DC & Mulgrave) outlining key drivers, impacts thereof, and recommend any corrective actions.
Provide accurate and timely publication of key financial and non-financial reports and targets, including collaborating with relevant stakeholders in collating required information essential for production. This includes providing a forecast for both volume and non-financial metrics.
Own and deliver high quality weekly and monthly business performance presentations including clear and concise articulation of key drivers and insights
Support the delivery of the Monthly Forecast and Annual and Quarterly Delivery Cycle to our teams and stakeholders.
Partner with a broad range of stakeholders to review and challenge drivers of business performance
Improve timeliness and quality of reporting through automation and process improvements
Capabilities

You will need to be comfortable working in the most agile of environments and produce results from requirements either vague or minimalistic.
Skills:
CA/CPA or other professional accounting qualification required
Experience using systems e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, TM1 GCP and good excel/modelling skills
Strong presentation, storyboarding, stakeholder management skills
Able to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience
