As a software engineer, you’ll be working in a team of developers on diverse projects. To be successful in this role, programmers must demonstrate their knowledge of critical thinking, and problem-solving. Proficiency with C#, C++, Objective-C, or JavaScript is required. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: Bachelor or Masters Degree in IT/IS Experience: · Minimum 2 years of full-time experience working as a Software Engineer or other similar roles · Minimum 2 years of overall experience working in IT industry Skills: · Analyse system requirements · Identify inefficiencies in current processes and highlight software limitations in order to provide recommendations on software purchase and upgrade · Implement testing plan and quality standards for enterprise applications · Write technical documentation for company policies and user guides. · Coordinate with the Technical Director on current programming tasks. · Collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features. · Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code. · Create and document software tools required by artists or other developers. · Debug existing source code and polish feature sets. · Requirements: · Work independently when required. · Continuously learn and improve skills. · Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard. · Software development degree or four years of professional experience. · Proficiency with the C#, C++, Objective-C, or JavaScript programming languages. · Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. · English language fluency. · Beneficial Skills: · Web development skills (HTML/CSS, JavaScript). · Education, Experience, Skills and Competencies Required · Proven office management experience including exposure to HR, staff management and being the IT go-to · Experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment · Proven problem-solving experience · Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Permanent Residents (PR), Australian / Citizens are eligible to apply Job Type:
