Perform analysis to convert functional requirements into technical specifications;
· Open Text Exstream Communication Builder, Design Manager and Empower module development as per provided approved Functional Specification.
· Unit testing execution for all development under your responsibility.
· Experience working on CCM projects and building correspondence templates.
· Carryout deployments across all environments while adhering to defined Change Management standards and release processes. This includes scheduled practice deployments;
· Perform regular peer review of code and provide a summary of outcomes to Delivery Manger
· Perform defects and bug fixes across the application throughout the development lifecycle;
· Provide development support by logging defects in Jira and work with ST, SIT, UAT and PT testers to resolve within the guided timeframes;
· Track defect progress and provide regular results and report to Delivery Manager in Jira.
· Participate in regular defect triage meetings with both the immediate and project teams.
· Raise change request records where required;
· Creating and updating of technical specification documentation & ensuring the storage in a central location;
· Support any production release Warranty Period.
· Submit timesheets in order to record time allocated to the project.
Experience Requirement
· Provide guidance, mentoring, advice and hands on knowledge sharing and skills transfer as required in relation to CCM
· 5+ years of Experience in Open Text Exstream CCM applications and at least 1 year of experience in the development of Communication Builder in version 16.4.
· Ability to carry out analysis, design, development and unit testing for all work completed in Exstream;
· Willing to peer review work throughout development lifecycle;
· Java application development is preferred;
· Fluent and regular interaction with project business analysis & business stakeholders throughout the development cycle;
