This role is offered on a 5 days on 2 days off roster (Monday – Friday) at our Perth corporate office on a permanent basis. For this role we will consider full-time, part-time or job share options.

About the role: • Provide technical support of HCM business applications, including: o SAP Human Resources: PA, OM, PY o Gold Fields Reporting Platforms: ? Query Manager – SuccessFactors Connector, Variance Monitor, HR PY Reports ? Spinifex – HR PY Reports ? Qlikview – SAP HR Connector o SAP SuccessFactors liaison with external technical provider for all modules implemented, including but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning, Reward and Recognition • Monitor, assess and action SAP HR – PA, OM and PY support calls and where appropriate log with support provider(s); • SAP HR Configuration: including, but limited to Rosters, Leave Types, Wage Types, etc. • SAP HCM systems integration support (SuccessFactors Replication): troubleshoot, resolve where possible or escalate as required to HR or external consultants; • Liaise and assist the HR department in resolving the SAP SuccessFactors system technical issues, logging the ticket with support provider(s) where applicable, monitoring and ensuring the issues are resolved in a timely manner; • Ensure appropriate audit evidence is gathered as required by internal business processes. • Collaborate to drive continuous improvements in the technical side of SAP SuccessFactors. • Manage scope and cost effectiveness of all approved project work, ensuring that projects are completed and implemented within project management plan timeframes and budget. • Maintain technical documentation/material for relevant HR systems
About you: • Qualifications in SAP HR PA, OM, PY certified courses desirable • Extensive experience in HCM business process and regulations • Prior SAP technical and support in HCM including SAP Configuration experience • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
