About the role: • Provide functional design support of P&E systems including SAP SuccessFactors HCM and other systems as advised by the Superintendent: People & Engagement Systems & Processes; • Collaborate with the functional system and application owners to design and control core business processes for each system and application; • Assess and resolve functional support communications for end users of the P&E systems and applications, ensuring technical issues are directed to the ICT department; • Identify gaps and bottlenecks in SuccessFactors and address them with process enhancements, focusing on end user usability; • Ensure alignment with corporate policies and procedures, working collaboratively with ICT function to define functionality and technical solutions; • Document and manage processes and procedures, including training documentation to implement standardised practices across the system and applications; • Perform user acceptance testing on system/application enhancements and new functionalities; • Provide recommendations to system and application owners for continuous improvement; • Participate in regional forums; • Evaluate, plan, resource and project coordinate for P&E systems projects; • Deliver SOX compliance reports.
About you: • Extensive experience in SuccessFactors HCM end-user support role including business processes and regulations across multiple modules • Extensive experience in human resources functional processes and systems • Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience in using, maintaining and supporting SuccessFactors HCM Modules • Exposure to SOX processes and systems • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with a range of stakeholders
