The Managed Services team is growing, and we are looking for a talented and committed individual for our Sydney operations. Supporting a range of small to mid-sized businesses, you will require an exceptional approach to customer service, a broad depth of knowledge in software, hardware and networking, as well as a strong desire to build a career with a reputable Managed Service Provider (MSP). Relevant qualifications and certifications together with prior experience with an MSP will be highly regarded.
Ideally, you will have experience of the following: Office 365 Microsoft windows servers Desktop operating systems Firewalls DNS, Internet, Routing and Network troubleshooting Veeam Backup & Replication SharePoint and Microsoft Teams In return for your contribution, you will be rewarded with the following:
