Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, or equivalent roles, you’ll also have:
• A high understanding of digital engineering technologies and competencies (computational design asset and information modelling, visualisation, geospatial) • Digitally savvy, self-motivated, a creative and future thinker with an ability to develop and drive strategy • Proven ability to identify and implement ideas for continuous improvement in processes, productivity and delivery of work • Bring a strong digital delivery focus, initially able to come in and understand the current state of projects and workflow, going forward able to transform the delivery focus with a client centred approach • Have a strong customer focus with a passion for developing future ready and digitally resilient businesses creating new revenue growth in programs and sustaining capital. • Understanding of the market trends in the technology space such as AI, machine learning and Digital Twin.
