Working environment:
Safe and hygienic with no fumes, highest level of food hygiene requirements, no cashier, no extensive scrubbing work. The store is equipped with rice spreaders and nigiri machines, no hand spreading. The focus of work is on sushi making. Most of the customers are westerners, and we have a large number of regular customers who are friendly and polite.
Team:
Positive team atmosphere, local staff is friendly, patient and polite, easy to communicate and respect each other. The sushi chefs are mostly Chinese and communicate in Mandarin.
Requirements:
Mature and stable, serious and responsible, working with a sense of urgency and handy. Need to know basic English, preferably with a car.
