Key responsibilities include:
Work directly with the client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals Perform top down and bottom-up impact analysis, including estimation, based on business requirements for the Guidewire Suite (including Workflows, Data Model, Rules, PCFs validation, coding) Prepare technical design documents based on the requirement which include High Level Design, Low Level Design Document, and imparting technical and business knowledge to the team Planning configuration testing and performance testing of customer solutions Perform key role in end-to-end Guidewire implementation programs across all modules Collaborate and liaise with distributed delivery teams Prepare and interpret technical specifications and convert them into high functioning code in the appropriate language Write and modify code as per the coding standards and best practices and execute in test and production environments Conduct feasibility study, evaluate system limitations, and provide technical solutions accordingly Test and debug software applications and resolve code errors and security challenges to ensure desirable functionality Provide application support, including resolution of all incidents and requests in line with SLAs and proactively managing issues, whenever required
Requirements, Qualifications, and Technical Skills:
Relevant work experience of 2- 15 years Relevant Degree in Technology or related fields A minimum of 2 years of working experience on Guidewire messaging, plugins, batches, and spring batches Guidewire experience across Claim Center, Policy Center or Billing Center. Technical specialist with configuration and integration expertise across Guidewire Policy Centre v8 or above Extensive experience in GOSU scripting – including good understanding of Guidewire XML, XSD structures and relevant working experience with SOAP/REST webservices Proven experience in DevOps and Agile delivery framework and tooling Experience in working with the Guidewire ESB/MuleSoft integrations Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML and related technologies Integration experience Understanding of web services and REST APIs and how systems can talk to each other Understanding of relational databases and SQL
