Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team
* Actively participate in quoting
* Manage projects and orders with our sales team, suppliers and users
* Preparing user proposals, quotes and launches
* Local and overseas sourcing and quotation requests
* Processing successful quotes, confirming and entering orders
* Coordinating work with our suppliers and users and submitting orders before deadlines

* A background in the promotional merchandise industry working in administration or production is preferred, however, applicants who have gained relevant skills in a related industry such as packaging, printing, signage, marketing or creative agencies will also be considered, knowledge of Adobe Illustrator software is preferred but not necessary.
