A day in the life of an AEM Engineer.. Ability to communicate with stakeholders Understand Business requirement and convert them in application features and capabilities Keen to learn and adapt to frontend practices and technologies and follow them Importance of backend practices and Software development concepts and different types of coding standard and patterns Work with the Practice Lead to define the required capability across the delivery squads Identifies technical improvement areas and offers solutions Raises awareness of technical debt. What you need to succeed.. 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager Experience in Solution Design / Solution Architecture using Cloud Manager Experience with Adobe and headless approach Strong experience building author interfaces for complex cases Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices CI/CD development/deployment practices Expert demonstrated experience building and maintaining style guides Expert experience writing cross-browser compatible code Expert knowledge of responsive and adaptive design Expert knowledge and understanding of RESTful web services Expert knowledge of integrating user interfaces with backend systems In-depth experience optimising sites for maximum performance and scalability Modern software design practices Secure coding best practices Experience working closely with design teams Experience ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Expert development testing knowledge - Unit testing, test automation Understanding of other front end frameworks Experience working in Agile Development teams Jira & Confluence experience Good understanding software architecture and how different layers communicate to each other UI, API DB etc. Good troubleshooting skills You should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills and reasoning skills.
