Managed Service Provider (MSP) Rack and Stack in DC End User Computer support at client sites OS support and troubleshooting experience Windows Server MS Active Directory and Exchange, Azure Virtualisation – Vmware/Hyper V/Citrix Backup management and maintenance Supporting and ticketing work with our 365/24/7 GNOC - SolarWinds Provide on-site, phone, email and remote support Office365 cloud Migrations CCNA / CCNP Related Tasks, also dealing with Juniper, Fortigate and Acronis products Server and Desktop installations / Migrations. Assist / Project Manage migrations (this includes after hours / weekend work) On Call rotation with 4-hour onsite response Be an effective team player and contributor Skills and Experience Required:
Articulate and possessing excellent written and oral communication skills in English Demonstrated experience in IT Networks and Data Centers Rack, Stack, Patching, Structured Cabling Configs and troubleshooting Understanding of systems and architectures Demonstrated experience in Help Desk including break / fix Effective Task and Time Management Skills Benefits & culture People like working here because of the relationships that have been built within the team and with clients.
