This role is responsible for IT Service and IT Systems and will lead, manage, and develop the Information Technology Support & Operations team to: Provide quality, customer-focused technology support and services. Provide effective IT system support, operations, administration, management, and maintenance services. Ensure continuity of technology support and services. Participate in and contribute to delivering the client's program of technology change.
Demonstrated experince in Planning, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems and personnel Software product support and all IT process and mgmt Identifying pre-installation requirements, planning for installations and deployments Disaster recovery and support tasks for servers and end point under technologies such as Azure, Windows, Citrix, NetScaler, Database (SQL), Linux Server (Basic), Dell wyse thin client devices, O365, Active directory, Group policies Establishing software and hardware standards in collaboration with stakeholders and owners Testing server performance Reporting and preparing strategies to maintain server infrastructure Creating standardised processes for incident management Automation tasks via batch script, power shell
